Special Opportunity
In Kansas City, Philadelphia,Atlanta and Chicago we have the Board Room available for special presentations. If you would like to rent this room for a special presentation to selected clients during our conferences it will be available. Perhaps you need to talk with clients off the main floor or have presentation for a selected group. These rooms will be available and would be ideal for this "private" type of presentation. A fee of $300.00 extra for paid exhibitors or $500.00 for non- exhibitors plus the usual conference fees per individual. SPECIAL OFFER FOR EXHIBITORS

The Regional Private Career Colleges & Schools (PCCS) Conferences will offer the following sponsorships and/or exhibits and/or advertise areas for the 2012 year.
The following dates for 2012:Regions VII & VIII–Jan. 23 & 24, 2012 – Kansas City
                                                  Region IV – Feb. 27 & 28, 2012 - Atlanta
                                                  Regions I, II & III – April 16 & 17, 2012 - Philadelphia 
                                                  Region V – May 21 & 22, 2012  

   
(CHANGE – LUNCH IS ON MONDAY, NONE ON TUESDAY DONE BY 2:30PM)
#1. Advertise in the brochure that is mailed out to over 1500 to 2000 school locations
              over ten times during Sept. through May every year.       

            A. The size is 3” x 3”, color and needs to be print ready
            B. Cost is $1000 to be included in every brochure mailed in the above time
            C. Due – money and print ready by Aug. 1st, 2011
#2. Advertise in the school folder that is handed out at each conference to schools    
            Attending the conference, your advertisement would be inside the folders.
            A. The size is 3” x 5” black and white
            B. If you have a sticker about this size, I will stick on the inside of the folder
            C. FAME has the backside of the folder
            D. Cost for A or B is $1000 print ready or 1500 stickers
            E, Due Aug. 1st, 2011
#3. Advertise in the book with the conference agenda and the other conference
            Information, put one in every folder of the attendees at each conference.
            A. The space is one page in the book, therefore, is half a full page, (a full
                        page is 8 1/2 x 11)
            B. We have three pages that are to be filled advertisement, the backside of
                        the front page and two middle pages         
            C. The cost per page is $1000 and will be in all four conferences           
            D. Premiere Education Systems has the back page
            E. Due Aug. 1st, 2011, also print ready and back and white
#4. Sponsor the Lunch on Monday is $1000 per conference plus your exhibit fee
            and/or attendee fee – Due Jan. 1st, 2012
#5. Sponsor any one of the breaks is $500 per break per conference plus your exhibit
            fee and/or attendee fee
#6. Sponsor any special event is $1000 per event per conference plus your exhibit fee
            and/or attendee fee
#7. Attendee fee is $200 per person per conference
#8. Exhibit fee is $800 per conference
#9. Special offer for all conferences is $2500 for one exhibit at all four conferences
            Due by Jan. 15th, 2012

#10. You can stuff the school folder at one or all four conferences, stuff the folders at
            one conference is $300, all four is $1200.  Need to ship to the hotel where the
            the conference is being held by Friday before the conference start date with
            attn: LARRY PRATHER – PCCS CONFERENCE – Due date Jan.15th, 2012          
#11. All presenters will need to pay the registration fee of $200 at each conference
            unless the presenter is paying for an exhibit or sponsoring an event.
